ZIIIRO watch

I often read Japanese magazine which carries watch articles.

Basically we sell Japanese domestic brands like Seiko prospex but it is quite interesting for me to get to know other watch makers. Some of them are really unique and sophisticated and are beyond our expectation.

I would like to introduce you to a watch maker called ZIIIRO.

It has taken more than 10 years since the watch gave way to the Cellular phone in terms of basic function because even cellular phone is good enough for telling us accurate time.

The watch below is seiko prospex. This is quite functional and stylish. But some people think that even these kind of watches are conventional.

The most important “mission” of watch was only letting you know accurate time.

The appearance of Smart phone or cellerphone ,however, made the watch useless since smartphone  always tell you current time only if you see it on the display.

It is necessary for the conventional watch to transform into something new and innovate otherwise there would be no meaning of life on the earth.

Many watch makers have already disappeared. 

On the other hand, some of traditional makers have survived and expanded the business, taking over its special ability. 

At the same time, raising watch brands have appeared that have special, unique features.

One of them is

“ZIIIRO GRAVITY.” ZIIIRO is up-coming Germany watch brand.

German is the kingdom of precision instrument like Japan. 

The famous watch makers SINN, HANHART prove this.

There are several models in ZIIIR. 

Basically the time is presented as vivid color and location of figure and shape, balance of the object and square’s range.

 In short, this maker’s watch is designer watch. So at a glance you cannot tell accurate time. 

It is a little bit hard to know the accurate time since there is no second hand.

BLACK-RED GARAVITY is consisting of bangle and body (mechanic module)

The total weight is only 47g.  

Comparing with normal stainless watch, the weight is one-third. Extremely light and very stylish.

Separating  bangle from mechanical parts, you can assemble other bangles for a change.

And also there are a variety of body color.

ZIIIRO GRAVITY would play an important role in communication and this brand would be hot soon just like LEGO original design wath Fossil watch.
