Leica released four models of compact digital camera " Leica X-2"

Leica, four models of compact digital camera,

such as " Leica X-2" equipped with a newly developed CMOS in the APS-C size.

In the model equipped with a newly developed CMOS sensor of APS-C size, 

that used also in a high grade SLR. The effective pixels, 16.2 million, 

improved the light collection efficiency by getting a very large pixel size 

respectively to achieve low noise, wide dynamic range, 

faithful color reproduction. Lens, adopted the "Leica Elmarit f2.8/24mm ASPH.", 

configuration of 8 lens in 6 groups with one aspherical lens. Focal length is 24mm: 

(equivalent to 36mm on conversion by 35mm:), 

 aperture f2.8 ~ f16.0 (1/3EV steps). ISO sensitivity

 corresponding to up to 12,500.
